The chillest person you'd ever meet, Scott is a prodigal athlete, finding his calling in rowing. His sports acumen lead to Kirino noticing and befriending him, leading to a strong friendship and rivalry. He loves to enjoy taking life slow, enjoying what it has to offer, and trying out whatever he can to make life even more entertaining for himself. The Teal Lantern
An ice-cold lantern taken from a ghost ship, it contains the chilling, bitter spirit of a long dead pirate captain. Most who attempt to light the frame end up frozen in an instant, but those he likes, he invites to join his crew. Joining said crew allows the user to share in his abilities of cryokinesis, freezing anything the user touches, manipulating cold winds, and even directing the vengeful pirate spirit himself.
