Not much is known about Rex at all. He lives a solitary life, avoiding human contact at all cost. Extremely agitable. Works at a drugstore as a security guard. Keeps a low profile. More information needed.
Inhumane Body
Rex's body is not normal. It is made up of multiple threads made of a strange, conductive and temperature resistant material, that coil together and change to give the look of a human. Using this an an unknown device embedded inside of him, he can build up heat to further heat up his body, and often unravels his arms into white-hot razor wire to attack with. If he overextends, his body will eventually cease functioning.
